What happens next?

After our call, if it feels like a good fit, here’s what you can expect:

Step 1: Simple Pre-Session Homework
We’ll send you a short form to complete before coming in. It covers your health background, training experience, and goals. This helps us prepare and meet you exactly where you are.

Step 2: In-Person Intro Session
We’ll meet at the gym for your initial session. You’ll see the space, meet your coach, and get a feel for our training approach.

Step 3: Your Training Plan
Based on your goals and needs, we’ll recommend a plan that makes sense for you—private, semi-private, or group training. No contracts. No pressure. Just a clear path to progress.
