All-Terrain Conditioningβ„’ is built on the Strong Enduranceβ„’ protocols developed by Pavel Tsatsouline.

At the course, you’ll learn the proper technique and intensity for:

  • Deadlifts (traditional and single leg for stability/mobility)

  • Hard style Kettlebell Swings (two-arm, one-arm)

  • Hard style Kettlebell Snatches

  • Get-ups

  • Power Pushups

  • Lunges

  • Pullups

  • Step-ups

  • Breathing techniques
