  • Josee McGee

SFGI Certified in February 2023, SFB Certified in May 2024 and SFG2 Certified in December 2025, Josee’s passion for Kettlebell Training began in 2020. Inspired by Generation Strong’s Founder, Serenity Messner, building strength has made activities such as hiking, walking, swimming, and group sports more fun and accessible in her body.

Josee aims to share the StrongFirst standards of strength she has achieved, so that others can experience the same life-changing impact.

Knowing that she can help others access joy, confidence, and security through Strength is what makes her excited to work with you. She wants oncoming clients to know that she understands gym anxieties and has patience for learning. You can often practice with Josee at 10am for our weekly, Sunday Group Class!

  • Victoria Runer

    Victoria Runer

Victoria first discovered kettlebells by chance after winning a 5-class pass at Generation Strong, and she was instantly hooked. With a 200-hour yoga instructor certification and years of experience in traditional gym training, she was drawn to the unique blend of strength and mobility that the StrongFirst system offers. She began training with Serenity in January 2024 and proudly earned her SFG I certification that September. That journey not only deepened her own practice but also shaped the way she now coaches others.

As a coach, Victoria is passionate about making strength training approachable, especially for moms and those who are brand new to the gym. She believes fitness should build confidence, not intimidation, and she creates a supportive environment where clients feel capable of moving, lifting, and progressing at their own pace. Her goal is to help people discover strength that not only transforms how they feel in the gym but also carries over into everyday life.

  • Lizzie King

Lizzie is a certified StrongFirst Instructor (SFG I). She achieved her SFGI in October 2024 and has been a proud kettlebell enthusiast since 2021. She believes fitness should be empowering, accessible, and fun for everyone—no matter your size, shape, or starting point.

Lizzie’s coaching approach centers around building real strength, confidence, and body awareness through intentional movement. Nothing makes her happier than seeing someone surprise themselves with what they’re capable of. Lizzie loves helping students not just get stronger physically, but also feel more at home and empowered in their bodies. Whether it’s nailing your first swing, building a consistent routine, or rediscovering your confidence—she is here for it all.

When Lizzie is not coaching, you’ll find her out on a hike, going for a run, or walking her dog. Lizzie is passionate about showing that strength looks different on everyone, and that anyone—yes, anyone—can do this and that we can all get stronger together.

  • Brennon Panovich

Brennon is currently training for his SFG1 Instructor certification, which he plans to obtain in March of 2026. Fitness has been a lifelong journey for him that started with him playing soccer for over 10 years. He then ventured into lifting in college, and over the past few years discovered both a love and true passion for endurance running. By combining endurance sports with the StrongFirst method, Brennon plans on continuing to improve in both sports and to redefine the term “hybrid athlete”. Training at Generation Strong has tremendously helped him to both excel and remain injury free in his running endeavors.

In addition to training at Generation Strong, Brennon is currently in school working to obtain his master’s in Exercise Physiology, and is planning to go to Physical Therapy school after. He wants to help athletes stay healthy, strong, and achieve their goals in all sports and areas of fitness.

Brennon has a deep philosophy and work ethic geared towards discipline, consistency, community, and having a purpose beyond oneself. Whether it is through training, work, faith, or any aspect of life, he believes developing a disciplined mind can create true freedom in life. He loves to wake up early and lift with friends, read/listen to books, drink coffee, and is passionate about learning new things. He is excited to continue training under all of the coaches at Generation Strong and coaching in the future!

  • Luke Messner

Luke is a certified StrongFirst Instructor. He achieved his SFGI in April 2025 and SFG2 in December 2025. Luke likes to train hard, sweats with the crew, and believes in doing hard things alongside fellow students.

He’s one of the original forces behind Generation Strong and helped build the space from the ground up—literally. Luke stocks the fridge, makes a mean cup of coffee, plays the tunes, cracks the jokes, and takes out the trash, and mops the floors when needed.

Above all, he believes in what strength can do: build confidence, resilience, and connection. He’s proud to train alongside a community that shows up, works hard, and makes each other better, one rep at a time.
